New collaborators can inquire with anyone else on the experiment for access to this part of the site, and to the internal portions of the DocDB. Most internal documents are in the DocDB and not within this web site.

A special username and password for reviewers has been set up, which allows access to a sub-set of review-related non-public documents; inquire with the Project Manager.

Materials presented and discussed at the various Working Group meetings are uploaded into the DocDB. The Working Groups Page lists the names of the groups, their convenors, and group email lists. The experiment Calendar page is a Google calendar showing regular working group meetings, collaboration meetings, and dates of interest such as reviews. The DocDB also has an Events calendar, with links to the internal presentations in DocDB associated with specific meetings.

The Future Conferences page holds a list of upcoming conferences and workshops where a MicroBooNE talk might be presented. Blank spots are open to interested collaborators.

Documents outlining collaboration rules on governance and authorship are in the DocDB. Topics for discussion are handled in FSRS meetings (Faculty and Senior Research Scientist group) generally scheduled as part of a collaboration meeting. Each institution designates an Institutional Board representative whose job is liaison between the spokesperson and collaborators.
