Internal Design Reviews

Internal reviews are those the Project organizes for itself, to help the experiment choose among design alternatives or to verify that the different parts of the detector are being integrated into a functional whole. Some of these are completely internal to the collaboration, while others utilize reviewers from outside the collaboration.
